Account switchers
This customer account gives you, as the referrer, exclusive access to a so-called account switcher (the red, round symbol in the bottom right). You can access customer accounts and place orders via the account switcher. Please note that access to a customer account requires the prior consent of the customer in question.

Access to customer account
Click 'Switch Account' in the account switcher. A window with your customer list will open. Click 'Login' and 'Confirm' to access the desired customer account.

Registration New Customer (Create Customer Account)
Click the blue "Create a new customer" button in the top right corner if you want to create an account for your customer. It is imperative that you enter the customer's first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The email address and phone number will be used for shipping purposes only (no marketing!). Please note that a unique email address must be provided for each customer account. If your customer does not have their own email address, please contact our customer service.

Due to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we then ask you to confirm that the customer has agreed to you transmitting his personal data to Allvital Products BV in order to create a customer account for him, which you can access and place orders on his behalf.

Customer order
In your selected customer account, you can add the desired items to your shopping cart in the main menu under "Products." On the shopping cart overview page, you can enter your reference number under "Specialist Recommendation" so that the order can be assigned to you. You can complete the order via "Checkout."

Delivery & billing address
For your first order, you must provide a delivery and billing address. The entered delivery address will be automatically used for subsequent orders. Of course, you can change the saved information.

Redeem vitality points
For every online order, a customer automatically receives Vital Points, which can be redeemed as a discount on their next online order. We therefore ask you to redeem the collected Vital Points at checkout for each customer order.
