Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return the products you have ordered.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods: by telephone on 0031 36 539 71 98 or by email at info@allvital.com.
You may then return the products you have ordered within a further 14 days (provided they are dispatched in good time), provided they are unused, unopened and in perfect condition.
We will refund the payment as soon as we have received the goods.
We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Of course, we take the utmost care when packing our parcels, but mistakes can still happen. If your delivery is incomplete or contains faulty or damaged items, please contact us by phone on 0031 36 539 7198 (German) or send an email to info@allvital.com.

The customer has the right to return the products ordered within the cancellation period. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may then return the items within a further 14 days, provided they are unused, unopened and in perfect condition (the date of dispatch is decisive). We will refund the payment as soon as we have received the goods. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Please note that we do not grant a right of withdrawal for the following products: Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Similarly, products that have been opened cannot be returned on the grounds of product incompatibility.
