Vitamin C Complex

Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, has countless vital functions in the human body. It is a potent antioxidant and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. As a cofactor for various enzymes, vitamin C plays a role in collagen formation. Collagen is the main fibrous component of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, and skin. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Our Vitamin C Complex contains vitamin C in four different natural forms: calcium ascorbate, ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbate and ascorbyl palmitate.

Furthermore, the vitamin C complex contains natural protective factors from various sources that interact with vitamin C, such as acerola cherry and rosehip. Natural polyphenols from green tea extract are also included in the active ingredient complex. They possess strong antioxidant activity. The additional amino acid lysine leads, among other things, to improved absorption of vitamin C.
