ProBio 14

ProBio 14 combines probiotic bacterial cultures with carefully selected prebiotics, following a synbiotic approach and contains bacterial strains that naturally occur in the human intestinal tract.

Prebiotics are not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and reach the colon unchanged, where they are selectively utilised by beneficial gut bacteria. This can support the growth and activity of probiotic strains. The combination of probiotics and prebiotics is designed to promote stable colonisation of the bacteria in the gut.

The bacterial strains contained in ProBio 14 also occur naturally in fermented foods such as yoghurt, cheese, or sauerkraut. Thanks to its standardised capsule formulation, ProBio 14 allows for a simple and controlled supplementation of the daily diet – particularly during periods of increased strain, unbalanced nutrition, or after external influences that may disrupt the balance of the gut microbiota.
