Linden blossoms and chamomile blossoms also strengthen the immune system.

The roots of the mountain plant yellow gentian are rich in essential oil and bitter compounds that stimulate digestion. Phyto Relax also contains devil's claw and dandelion, which, like linden blossoms and chamomile blossoms, also contribute to healthy digestion.
