Lysine is an essential amino acid. Of the more than 250 naturally occurring amino acids, only 20 are important for the human organism and are involved in the formation of proteins. Eight of these 20 amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself. They are called essential amino acids and must be supplied with food.
Lysine Complex is a high-quality amino acid preparation that contains lysine in its natural L-form. In this product lysine is combined with the semi-essential amino acid l-proline and the natural amino acid-like compound taurine.
1 to 3 capsules per day about 1 hour before a meal
