Calcium and magnesium are essential minerals. CalMag 2:1 is a combined calcium-magnesium supplement that contains calcium and magnesium in a balanced 2:1 ratio. This prevents one-sided absorption of the minerals, allowing you to optimally benefit from both minerals.

CalMag 2:1 contains calcium and magnesium in the form of natural chelate complexes such as aspartate, citrate, and glycinate, which are easily absorbed and utilized. Calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide are also included.
