Amino 8

Amino acids are the building blocks of all proteins and are therefore of utmost importance for the structure and function of our organism. Twenty different amino acids are involved in protein formation. Eight of these amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself. They are essential and must therefore be obtained through food.

Amino 8 contains all 8 essential amino acids in a particularly balanced combination. This special ratio ensures that the amino acids are used almost exclusively for protein synthesis. A large portion of the proteins ingested with food, however, are broken down during energy metabolism and are therefore unavailable for protein synthesis.

There is an increased need for (essential) amino acids, especially in children and babies, pregnant women, athletes and the elderly, as well as in cases of prolonged stress or in vegetarian/vegan diets.
