We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), iDeal, PayPal, Postfinance (Switzerland only) and invoice. We reserve the right to exclude payment by invoice for new customers.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately after the order is completed. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within Switzerland and the European Union (EU). Under no circumstances do we bear the costs of a money transaction.

We use the SSL procedure (Positive SSL Certificate from Comodo) to encrypt your data. Both credit card data and bank details entered are therefore securely protected against access by third parties. Not only user entries, but all traffic on the website is encrypted.

The invoice will be sent together with the package and is due for payment within 10 days of the invoice date.

Errors in payment details must be reported to us immediately.

The invoice is enclosed in the package.

It is possible that the payment reminder has crossed with your payment, in which case you can ignore our reminder. Otherwise, something might have gone wrong with the transfer or there might have been a duplicate order. If this is the case, please contact our customer service.
