Allvital products are exclusively available through our webshop.
You have the option of ordering online as a guest or with a customer account.

Order procedure:

1. Click on "Products" in the menu bar at the top left to go to the webshop and select the items you want. By clicking on the red button "add to cart" a selected item is placed in the shopping cart.

2. Click "View cart" to view your selected items, change the quantity or delete products.

3. Click "Proceed to checkout" to order the selected items.

4. An e-mail address and delivery details are required before you can click "Continue to shipping". If there is a discrepancy in the address data, a correction is suggested that you can confirm.

5. The shipping costs are now displayed and you can click on “Proceed to payment” to select a payment method. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you can enter the desired billing address in this step.

6. By clicking on "Complete order", your order will be securely transmitted to us. Shortly afterwards you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Registered customers receive vitality points with every online order and benefit from other advantages of our loyalty program.

Vitality points can be redeemed as a discount in the checkout when completing an order. For every 100 vitality points you receive a discount of 5 euros. 

After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

If you haven't received the order confirmation within an hour, please check whether the message has ended up in your junk/spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us. Perhaps something went wrong during the ordering process and was not transmitted correctly, or the email address provided may not be correct.

As long as the ordered products have not yet been sent, we can change or cancel them. However, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot recall the delivery.

For orders of 150 .- or more, a 5% discount will automatically be applied to the total order value.

This discount can not be combined with Vitality Points.
