Vitamin E is a collective term for eight different, naturally occurring, fat-soluble substances (four tocopherols and four tocotrienols). They can only be produced by plants. Alpha-tocopherol is the most important naturally occurring form of vitamin E for the human body.
Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
The Vitamin E Complex, a tocopherol-tocotrienol complex, is a unique combination of all eight natural forms of vitamin E. Each vitamin E compound has special properties and works synergistically with other vitamin E compounds, which is why this product allows you to benefit from the full range of effects of the Vitamin E Complex.
