Phyto Balance is a combination preparation with curcuma and maca as the main ingredients.

Maca, or Peruvian ginseng, is a Peruvian staple food that grows in the Peruvian Andes above 3,700 meters in altitude. It is an adaptogen, has a very rich amino acid spectrum, and contains many valuable (unsaturated) fatty acids. Maca has stabilizing effects on the psyche and hormone-balancing properties.

The turmeric root contains over 200 bioactive molecules. The most important components are curcumin and other curcuminoids, which have antioxidant and immune-boosting properties, among others.

Angelica root and lavender are also included. The secondary plant substances contained in angelica root support digestion. As an adaptogen, angelica root also has balancing properties. Lavender, among other things, has relaxing and sleep-promoting effects.
