Devil's claw

(Harpagophytum procumbens) A plant species that grows in the desert regions of Africa and belongs to the sesame family. Its active ingredients include bitter substances (irodoids, including harpagoside), triterpenes, flavonoids, and phytosterols, which have appetite-stimulating and digestive properties.
