Maca root
Also called Peruvian ginseng, it is derived from the root of the Peruvian maca plant, which belongs to the cruciferous family. It contains vitamins, essential amino acids, and secondary plant substances such as mustard oil glycosides and imidazole alkaloids. Maca has a balancing effect on the hormonal system.
