Green Tea Complex contains a combination of green tea extract, amino acids, amino acid compounds and beta-glucans. The highly concentrated green tea extract in Green Tea Complex contains 98% polyphenols with 50% EGCG content. The polyphenols contained in green tea, including epigallocatechin gallate or EGCG, belong to the secondary plant metabolites and are among the most important ingredients of the tea. Green tea extract is also rich in minerals and trace elements as well as the amino acid l-theanine.
The green tea extract in this product is effectively combined with the semi-essential amino acid L-arginine, the amino acid compound glutathione and the amino acid l-glutamine. L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the blood and is also found in high concentrations in the muscles.
Beta-glucans are multiple sugars and natural components of the cell walls of grains, bacteria, yeast and fungi. Green Tea Complex contains beta-glucans from baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
